The Northarvest Bean Growers Association is introducing Foodservice Focus, a new Internet resource to provide foodservice professionals and chefs with important bean information and creative recipes. Foodservice Focus was created as part of the Northarvests web site, www.northarvestbean.org.
Visitors to www.northarvestbean.org who click on the Foodservice Focus icon will notice two categories, Bean Appetit! and Use Your Bean.
Bean Appetit! includes recipes and educational information relevant to chefs, chef educators and culinary students.
In the Use Your Bean section, foodservice professionals can find information suited to school and universities foodservice.
Foodservice Focus was officially introduced to the foodservice industry at the recent American Culinary Federation and the American School Foodservice Association conventions.
