USDA has bought 5,900 bags of pinto and dark red kidney beans for export distribution. The beans, valued at $316,000, are part of $13.4 million purchase of several commodities. 90,000 bags of peas and lentils, and 240 metric tons of potato flakes were part of the purchase.
